Default 07 LS2 with 58 wheel with old cam

I have a 07 LS2 going in a 99 camaro. Im using the adapter box for the 58-24 signal conversion. I want to put in a cam but can I use a 3 bolt cam setup with the conversion box?

Should not be a problem, but make sure you get the right cam gear so that the computer can pick it up.

You will need the cam gear from a 2006 ZO6. Less then $40.

Won't he need the cam gear for a 24X reluctor wheel motor? Like a 06 TBSS, or 05 C6?

if he is using the 58-24 signal conversion box then he needs to keep the 4x cam signal, the box will convert it to the required 1x signal
