is my car living on borrowed time?
OK i am gonna make myself look like a total dumbass, but screw it. i have a tr224 cam installed with stock springs. i didn't have a spring compressor at the time. but Friday i went out and got a spring compressor and the little thing that you screw in to pressurize your cylinder. but then i just bought a set of ls6 heads and 918's so **** the yellow z06's. my question is i have driven my car for 2 months like it is, but now I'm paranoid that I'm gonna smack a piston. and its just a toy so i don't have to drive it. i think I'm gonna garage it till i do the head swap.
oh and what does it mean when your exhaust really smells strong. i need to check my plugs, but now i don't want to even start the car to let it run

It depends on what the smell is. If it smells like rotten eggs, could be cats. If it smells like fuel...then it's fuel. lol If it's white smoke and smells it's coolant. If blue smoke and smells it's oil.
