Default engine smokes after being stored over winter?

so basically i charged my battery up and fired the car up after sitting all winter long. It started with no hesitation, oil pressure is good, but smoke is coming from under the hood. Im not sure what to think. My buddy said it was probably the ceramic on the headers doing it because it has been so long since its been heated up. It doesn't smell like oil but im not sure what it smells like. Any ideas?

Dust and such being burnt off. My car did that for a bit after it sat for a few months.

Shouldn't be the ceramic from the headers! Doubt it is dust and stuff either. Better look over the engine real good - maybe a leak somewhere burning off?

Or a dead rat living in the engine bay.

Could be a few different things. What color is the smoke first off? Does it smell like anything? Oil, coolant, trans, ect... Did it smoke on subsequent startups? Need more info really, you've got to have a starting point, something a little more than it smoked a little after being stored, ya know? Get in there with a light and look around, see if you can see anything that looks as if it's been leaking. How many miles do the headers have on them? Usually they don't smoke much, if at all after the intitial startup after install unless you were in there putting your hands all over them while working on something.
