Default Oil Pressure Gauge

My oil pressure gauge on my car is going insane. I'm pretty sure that it's just broken because it's bottomed out. I don't think that it would have over 80 psi. If it could though what would be wrong with it? It's totally buried though. I'll try to get a picture of it.

It is most likely the the oil pressure sending unit. Mounted on the block behind the intake driver side. Intake needs to come off to change it. Pretty common problem....

Did you pull the intake recently? Either way get a new one, it's technically called an "oil pressure switch" (i dont know why) but just pull the intake and it's sitting behind it. Hopefully it's just unplugged lol.

You may want to spend a few bucks on a special plastic socket to help you put the new one in without breaking it. IIRC I got mine in the "Help" section at the "Zone" or "Advance".
