Default vibrate from steering box

hey guys, i have a 2000 camaro v6 and sometimes when im turning and im not on the gas, or im trying to do a u turn and im stopped, as im turning the wheel there is a bad vibration (sounds kinda like there is no fluid or something in the steering box but there is plenty of fluid. It only happens sometimes, and for very short periods of times. Just wondering if anyone has heard of something like this. the car still runs fine but seems like its starting to happen more and more. Wondering if maybe i flush the system that might help. thanks guys!

Could be bad hubs/bearings at your wheels. Put one wheel up in the air, grab both sides, and see if you can rock the wheel side to side. Then repeat on the other side. If you can feel play in the wheel, the bearing is shot.
