Default squeek when turning on heat?

so recently ive heard a little squeek coming from my car, it is in the lower V-belt part for sure. Well coming home from work today i decide to turn on the heat, all the sudden this death of a squeal is coming out of my car. As soon as i turn the heat off it stops. can someone tell me what has happened and how to fix? pictures would be greatly appreciated.

If you have the defrost or bi-level on, the A/C compressor runs. Sounds like the belt to the compressor?

The compressor can go bad fast.. Mine is toasty and I have a video of it making a sound like a bent pushrod.

Most likely it is the idler and the tensioner/belt. Replace all three and you should be trouble free.

It could be both. Take the belt off and spin each of them. Replace with a new belt and listen. You can find used compressors on here cheap
