i was talking with a machine shop a while back about CNC'ing some Z28 emblems, that are exact replicas of the factory piece, except made out of billet stock.
I believe the final agreed price was gonna be $150 for a set of 3, cheaper with quantity.
But as luck would have it, engine problems came up and that project got extremely sidetracked

any good CNC shop should be able to do it
just scan the emblem, send it in a high quality/size bitmap
give the exact dimensions of it, and they should be able to easily complete the rest
