Default New look for the car.

Well I finally ordered and had the sprewell stripes put on my car since thats what I decided to go with. I LOVE how they look on the car and I had them put the stripe a little bit lower like the hot-rod camaro stripes are.

But on the big downside the place that put my stripes on did a shitty job and I'm gonna have to remove them in due time because it just pisses me off . The drivers side and passanger side do NOT match in the front. The passanger side is 1/2 a inch to high and 1/2 to close to the fender compared to the drivers. And then on the drivers side their are a bunch of little wrinkles that the place said happened because the vinyl was rolled up which I call BS since you can move it around. Needless to say I didn't have to pay them... but I'm left with shady stripes. If I can't get a free replacemnt set from Jay then I'm gonna take em off in a month or so and probably go a whole different rt with the car. But anyways here's a few pic's at night since its one of the only times it looks really good.

The stripes look awesome on your car, I'd definitely keep the look even if you have to redo them.

Looks great, I was thinking of doing hockey stripes similar to the Sprewell Camaro as well, but it might be overkill with my Stinger hood and tail stripe graphic.

Looks great! Really makes the car stand out in a crowd
I definitely think you should do the same thing. Who'd you have them applied the first time? I'll make sure NOT to go there!

Very clean look, sorry to hear you have to re-do them, that's frustrating I know...

Thanks to everyone for the great compliments. I do like how it looks, but unfortunatly I'm not going to be keeping them for next year because I've already put $160 into these stripes and am not in the mood to put more into it. The place that I ordered the decals from is going to send me the bottom peices again so I can at least fix that and it won't be as noticable.

I've already came up with a few really good idea's for the car for next year and all of them pretty much involve painted stripes so I'll have to start saving up .

Yikes. Sorry that didn't work out for you. FWIW I had a good experience with 3rdgendecals. They look great on your car.

I still think I'm going to get them painted on one day though. But man, I sure get some looks! I love them.

MadIceV8,

Looks good! Have you got some pics you could email me? I have somebody wanting to buy my 18" Y2K's on my Z, and I'm thinking about going with the ZO6's this time. Where did you get your SS wing at? My email is white99z28ls1@yahoo.com Thanks!
