Main cap side bolts, to replace or not to replace is the question I heard the main cap side bolts are stretch bolts and should be replaced, Is this true? are the main bolts too or can I reuse the old ones? 
Where should I get new side ones at? the cheaper the better, I get a nice wholesale discount at GM so oem parts could be an option....

The ears on the main caps that those bolts screw into are pourus as all hell and thats why those bolts WILL leak if they are not sealed. I'm pretty sure the part number for them is 12556127 I plan on replacing them as well.
