Default intake install

before i embark on installing my new intake, i have a few questions.

1. ls6 coolant lines- is it necessary I drain the coolant before i swap the coolant lines? i just changed the coolant last month and dont want to deal with that crap again. i do expect some coolant would leak out, but not a lot. correct me if im wrong

2. back of the the intake i got a map sensor, a big vacuum line that goes to the brake booster, and then a small vacuum line. where does that vacuum line go to (pcv system?)?

No need to drain coolant. If I remember correctly, that small vacuum goes to the AIR.... but I may be wrong.

If emissions aren't stringent where you live, now is the time to remove your AIR and EGR systems.

Don't delete the little vacum line as it runs a couple of things one of which is the dash vents.

It runs to a juction by the ecm and runs to a canister up by the radiator another line off it goes into cabin and I think there is a 3rd but right off hand don't remember but if you look it's a Mickey Mouse setup off the AC lines by the ecm.
