Default spray paint in my cylinders

Well, one of the people I live with decided to use the block I had in my basement as something to lean cardboard on so he could spray paint something.

Some of it got on the old head gasket, not a big deal I'm going to replace those anyway, but some is in one of my cylinder walls...

Will this just burn off or can this cause some serious damage if I started it up with the paint inside of it?

Try and scrub it off with some solvent and green scotch pads etc.
