Default Recommended ATF for Braked 350

I tried the search...lol and read the stickies and did not see an answer.

I'm installing a braked th350 and was wondering what is the recommended fluid.
I have heard to use F- atf , tractor trans hydraulic oil, and some say stick with dexron...
So what is the best and most economical?

yeah ive asked this question before with next to no answers.I have always heard type f is better because of the friction coefficiant in or something of that nature but i dont know what the viscosity or thermal breakdown point is on the type f or dexron.

I run type F in my 4L60E. Teardowns seem to show a bit of bushing wear over Dex III but the shift seems much better.
