PCR heads/T-rex PTV clearance probs
Did some searching and kinda found what I needed to know, but thought I'd ask anyway.
Doin a heads and cam swap currently and I'm about to flycut my pistons. Now I'm having a friend help me mock up the motor with the cam and heads im using to do some PTV measurements. He called me 2day and said he can't flycut the stock piston enough to fit my new setup. Now this setup came out of a stock 2002 shortblock which was flycut, but he's unsure what he cut them to. So I know this should work.
Block is a 2000 ls1 block
Heads are:
PCR LS6 heads
2.02 valves and PRC duals
milled .030
Cam:
T-Rex - intake: .613 Exhaust: .620 110 LSA (Intake: 243.2 Exhaust: 248.9)
If u need some more info, i will see what I can gather up. I bought all this stuff last fall thinkn it wouldnt take me this long to get into it.
