Maybe I have the other code wrong I will do some digging and see what it's supposed to be. Frank with Performabuilt was talking about how high stall converters throw certain codes and you need to have the test for them disabled in a tune.

Frank may well know, but I didn't think that OBD-II suffered from high stall issues like OBD-I.

Then how are you gettting Pxxxx trouble codes? Those are OBD-II codes. You have an OBD-I computer, if you did not convert it.
There are ways to get around stall problems with OBD-I. Most tuners now know how to do it. Some explanations have been made over at Camaroz28.com in the past.

It's not showing those codes. That's what I was told it would do after some time. I was shopping different tuner programs and just wanted to make sure the one I was considering could do what I've been told I need to do. make sense?

Tuning programs can take car of high stall issues for OBD-I. It is a matter of making some adjustments to parameters, though-not just turning off trouble codes. If you are going to do it yourself, you are going to have to do some reading. I've read some of the stuff before, but didn't pay strict attention, since I don't have those issues (some people refer to one of them as "stall wall" [when it won't shift]).
