When to change injectors

When to change injectors I have a 2001 TransAm 6sp. I have installed the 2002 ZO6 cam,springs and correct push rods. I also have headers and 2.5 inch. exhaust all the way back and no cats. Question; when or how do you know if you need to go to larger injectors.
