Default Carbed 6.0 in 73 Impala

Hey guys. Got a 6.0 that I'm wanting to swap into my 73 Impala. My question is what size carb is necessary to run a vic jr intake mani, Torquer v3 cam, stock heads, and some shorty headers. I know, longtubes make more power, but I'm not sure if there's a company who produces longtubes for an LS-swap in a b-body or not. If there is, I haven't found it! But yeah, what size carb do you think would be appropriate? I've got a demon 650 with vacc secondaries already. This is a heavy car, weighing in at 4200 lbs wet with driver, runnin 3.42 posi, built th350, and 3k stall. Car will be an every other day car, with occasional runs at the track, but not an every weekend thing.

Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated!

I would get a good 750 cfm carb. I'm running a AED on my car but I'll probably be switch out to something else this summer
