Talking Just moved to San Antonio

Just wanted to know if there is a good shop to get my car tuned around here. Also where does everybody hang out on the weekends? Just wanting to make some new friends and get to know the area. Thanks in advance.

I would recommend Lethal Performance, great shop and highly regarded around here. I only know a couple of meets one is Biff Buzby's Burgers on Fridays and Bigs gas station at 151 and Potranco on Saturdays from 6pmish on. Welcome to SA, I've only been here about 6 months myself.

My car is at Lethal Performance right now. Getting ARHs, 4:10, dyno/tune. I pick the car up tomorrow probably. I'll let ya know how it turns out, so far the staff has been awesome to work with!

Thanks guys. What's a ballpark figure as to how much it is to get a good tune And will that be on a dyno? How far is victoria from here? Im staying up in the northside.

Lethal Performance hands down. I dunno how much their dyno fee will be but I guarantee you will be happy. The first time I took my GTO there for a tune I picked up 60rwhp, (you read that right, 60!)

Shawn is the ****!

How about tuning a carbed set up? All these shops mentioned are good but they specialize in LS/LT's. So where do I go for my carbed set up?

Try Murillo Motorsports. He tunes alot of cars. And from what I hear, he's the man to go to if you have a turbo setup. Google him up. hes got a fox body with twin 88's on a
5xx c.i. hitting 6.857 @ 224MPH. At least that was his most current run. And he also has a C5 Z06 with stock bottom end hitting 9's. I personally went with Lethal Performance cuz we had worked out a good deal. Either one will be a good choice. HPE is also good, but they are on the other end of town for you. And dont forget to look up the "Freakin' Rican" Angel Padilla, hes got a performance shop too and runs his foxbody in the 7's. All great people! Good Luck!

From what I've heard and seen he is very good at Mustangs, not sure about the LSx cars. I'd stick to Nelson or LP in Bracken.

Yeah he is real good.......

Good enough to take 17k from my dad to fully build his 03 cobra into a turbo beast. What he gave back to my pops was a crappy fitting kit with a blown motor.
