Headers- Probably wouldnt see that noticeable of gain for the money you would spend.

Muffler-Doubt you see any gain switching.

Not to sure about TD's I have heard pros and cons...but again probably not that big of a difference besides sound.

Yes, you would see gains especially in the top end where your Macs restrict you. I ran the Macs and they were great down low but dogs up top. With a good set of LT's into True Duels you could expect 10-15rwh over the mids. If you have a buyer for your Macs and Y-pipe I would def go for it. Nothing beats LT's and a TD set up!

21RWH gain over Mids? He's asking about how much he would gain over the mids. You won't see a 21rwh gain going from Mids to LT's.

I wouldn't think more than about 5 rwhp as once you get rid of the stockers, that's probably the biggest gain just because of how terribly they were designed. It would more than likely be on the top too, like over 4500 rpms that the gain would be seen as well I would think.

I've seen a few different bolt on set ups that have dynoed with mids and then LT's...on the average they picked up another 9-12rwh with the LT's.

That may be worth doing then. If you can net 10 for your trouble and money that would be spent...I guess it all depends on what you want to do with the car overall though really.

Yeah it's worth the gains, and the gains only increase with the more mods done to the engine.
