Default Srearing problem

When I turn the wheel it hits a spot where it wants to catch. It isn't hard to get it moving but it happens both ways and I don't want it to get worse.

first off id get the truck up on jack stands and get under there w/ someone inside turning the steering wheel back and forth all the way till it stops. watch your suspension and all the parts moving under there. look for any kind of binding. id say if everything under there looks fine you might have a prob. w/ the rack. while your under the truck listen for anykind of grinding from the gear box.
