Default starter will not turn over

Hey guys I eliminated my stereo and security system in my body harness and now the security light blinks on the dash and car will not turn over. Im wondering if i have to have something turned off in my computer or what else would keep it from starting. I also swapped my t-56 to th400 since the last time it ran aswell.

If you took a starter kill relay out, and didn't re-connect the starter wires..... or a clutch pedal switch that's not hooked up???

The car is a 2000 camaro Z28. I did not take any relays out from under the dash and I put some tape on the clutch pedal switch so it thinks the pedal is down. security light still blinks.
