Default Question about full exhaust

I'm looking at buying the Pacesetter LT's + ORY combo and a cat-back from Texas Speed. The headers will have connections for the upstream 02s, but what about the downstream? I don't plan on installing any cats right away if at all. So what will I need to do?

Tune out the rear o2's and ziptie the connectors out of the way.

+1. Rear O2s would be useless, since all they do is verify the efficiency of the cats.
