Question Boost problems

OK, here is the deal, I have a 99 z28, front mount turbo . I cannot get more than 2 psi of boost. I upgraded my turbo, added an intercooler, and replaced my wastegate. Nothing. . I do not see any leaks in my charge pipes. Blowoff releases slightly when I shift. I grasphing for straws here....Is it possible that my drain line can be slow to drain ( because it only has a very slight slope to the oil pan) and causing my turbo to "choke" on the oil. Not allowing the blades to spin freely. Only blows smoke at wide open throttle at high rpm about the same time I hit 2 psi. Any suggestion will be appreciatedThanks

My guess is that your vacuum lines are not routed properly. Check out the sticky
