Default Air Conditioner Noise

Sorry to have to bother you with something probably so stupid but I am STUMPED!
I have a 2002 Z28 67K miles start it up and go it is fine. Kick on the A/C at any speed or idle and there is a whinning noise. I have always turned the A/C off before shutting engine off. It has been going on for about 6 months, so naturally I quit using the A/C to milk it out or not have something worse go wrong. Now it is hot again and I need it to work correctly. It blows cold but makes the noise when the A/C control button is in amything other than off. Narrowing it down to an A/C problem I have done the following and still have the noise.
Changed the A/C Clutch
New Idler pulley on A/C belt
Both belts have been replaced
New tensioner assy on A/C Belt (including pulley)
New tensioner pulley on serpentine (thinking tension when engaged)

Any Ideas?????

Its probably your A/C compressor going out. My beater has the same problem sometimes. It did it once in the dead of winter (squeaking), so I sprayed the compressor down with WD40, also noticing that there were metallic flakes attached to the magnets on the clutch plate. It was quiet for 6 months until I used the A/C last weekend then it started making a noise.
