NED Tomorrow SAT?
Anyone going?
I'm planning on heading up there with the rx7. I just got my helmet today. The clutch is still keeping me from pwer shifting but I wanna get some shakedown runs now that the wiring seems to be more sound.
Hoping for 12s at 110+
Prob end up being more like 13s at 100+
This is my first time Running at NEd and first time running this car

I'll be there bright and early! Car's already on the trailer ready to Rip!
Can't sleep because my body thinks I should be at my third shift job right now... kinda sucks but owell.
Should be doing the Quick Street 11.50 index...

I meen I had lots of fun because it was the first time running a car I've been building forever but in reality if you wanted to make passes today sucked. I got 2 passes. Before I got there I guess a car rolled and that shut down the track for a while so that held up the bracket racing. I know they dont prep the track as well on street nights but you can usually get a lot more passes.

I saw you run. My buddy did like 7 passes in his cobra.
What was your best time? I think I saw you run a 12.4

Good seeing you guys up there and finally meeting a few of you as well.
It was a great day. I personally got three passes and at the time of my last pass was slightly pissy since I lost my elimination round race simply because I let out of the trottle twice in order to not break out... 11.53> my 11.61, so I had already loaded the car on the trailer and forgot about dropping into T&T... which could have easily netted me a low 11sec pass since the temp fell a good 10-15 degrees!! Next time I won't forget.... LoL
First pass of the day was an 11.73@121mph with a 1.61 60'... (similar temperature two Fridays ago, taking the Driver's side headlight out gained me 3-4mph, this being the Only thing I changed since those Street night passes) car is at Full weight, including spare and tools, skid plate etc... oh actually it might be missing the V-brace, can't remember if I reinstalled it or not last season...
Second pass was an 11.39@121 with a 1.549 short time, didn't get a no-roll cage warning!
Third pass was the 11.61@116 with a 1.531 short time new personal best!
Can't wait till my next race day, which should be the 30th with a bunch of you!
