Default LS7 clutch with billet flywheel: will it work?

Will the LS7 clutch pressureplate and disc work ok with, say, a Spec billet steel flywheel? or another brand? I did a search but the LS1tech search doesnt seem to work too well.

As long as it's a flywheel for an LS2/7, not LS1.

edit: oh, this will be used on a LY6 engine out of a 2007 Silverado... will a LS2 flywheel bolt up to a LY6 engine? I believe the LY6 engine is the same block as the LQ4/9

I don't know, but if they use the same crank bolt pattern as the LS1/LS2/LS7 then yes.
