Just picked the car up.. so far i am loving the setup drove it pretty easily besides one little 1-2 rip to show the gto on 355 what was up haha. Pedal stayed firm so far so good thanks for everything. As far as clutch chatter goes there is none unless u start off with very very low rpms.. so i will update in a few days since my insurance doesnt go on till may!

That clutch hasn't been hot.

Good to hear you like the setup. I am torn between the stage 2 and stage 3. It's doubtful I will ever get a turbo, so the stage 2 might be good enough for me.

All the reviews I have read on the stage 3 clutches is they drive about like stock with a little bit firmer pedal.

I guess there's really nothing wrong with getting a little "overkill" when you buy a clutch.

Keep us updated.

I went with the stage 3 just because i know i will be doing more modding in the future and would rather have too much than not enough

Overkill isn't a bad thing when it comes to clutches, however, I say that and there is actually a thing called overkill (it's putting a twin disc in a stock car...). LOL!

Call us and we'll get you pointed in the right direction!

I'm lookin at upgradin to a monster and i hear a lot of good things about it but a few complain about the chatter. But we all know how an exaggerated complaint creates a large following. Anyway i'm tryin to sort through the b/s vs. facts.

I've got a stock ls6 clutch in my 01 ss. I clutch in at about 1100 rpms. Is it gonna continue chattering after the break in period or will i have to change my driving habits?
I'm lookin into a stage 3, and i want it to be really heavy.
Also this car doesn't see a lot of track at all. It's more roll racin if anything.
Also how long can i expect this clutch to last me? I guess i'm asking that to SNLPerformance
