how to remove rear window defrost strips??

maybe with a razor blade? Normally the trick is to remove the tint without removing the defroster lines.
And for those who can't do the back window in one piece, the defroster lines are used to hide the tint seams.

Why would you want to take them off?! if you tint the windows darker then they are only going to blend more into the tint. You would never be able to notice them. I think its a waist of a good option imo.

They're literally part of the window. You can take off the outer copper layer, but the rest is ingrained in the glass.
Only way I know of to get rid of them is to buy new glass without them in it.
