11.5:1 + 200hp, Gas & Plugs?
Motor is 11.5:1 398ci LT1.
I've been researching the past few days on this topic, I feel like if got it sorted out but Ill ask ya'll.
AR3933 with a mix of C10/93 in the main tank? Plug is #9, maybe step it back to a 3924 which is an #8. Fuel is fed with a magnafuel 4302 pump.
Id like a tuneup that I can run pump gas only but I would like to be safe on the dyno hence the gas mix.
Ideas? Opinions?

Have you sprayed the car yet to know if you can step down a full heat range or is this your base set up? I would much rather tell people to start out cold and work your way down. What are you looking to run for timing?
Keep the AR3933 in there for a few pulls/runs. See what they look like. If you want to bump it back a heat range use a AR3934, just make sure she'll be happy with a hotter plug.

EDIT**Before I get 10 million PM's about these plugs, they are all gasket'd plugs and shouldn't be used for a taper seat**

Nick,
I typo'd the 3924, it was supposed to be 3934 whichi is a non-projected #8, sorry!
This is my base setup, I have never used nitrous. Never run this car on motor or anything. I have 3924s in it now for warm up etc.. but no way on the hose would I run projected. As many have said, start cold and work up thus the #9 to begin with.
As far as the octane, 93 w/ 10% ethanol enought to keep the car alive or is race gas of some sort needed?

You want to be safe on the dyno? Then go with the #9 plug and put her on the dyno and make a pull and pull a plug. If its to cold then put the 8s in. Bad thing about it is that your tuning it with race fuel so you may not get any detonation on the dyno but on 93 only you may. Set your timing at a safe mark also and work your way from there on the dyno.
