Default No Reverse!

My car will not go into reverse. It only goes over far enough to be even with 5th and 6th gear. Im thinking it is my reverse lockout. Is there a easy way to check it?

Hopefully it's only your reverse lockout solenoid or Engine Control Fuse that gives it power.

Otherwise ....

It will go in, you can over-power that Solenoid by hand.

I just finished my T56 Swap and don't have mine tuned for the T56 yet so I've been doing that for a while now..lol

Just use your knee to push it, makes it alot easier. Did you replace the clutch or have the trans out? I just did a clutch swap on mine and bent one of the pins on the lockout and the reverse lockout wouldnt work. And that solenoid not cheap either.

It'll feel like that normally..just give it a good push or smack your hand with your other hand, you will know when it clicks over.
