th400 clearances?

th400 clearances? i saw this question covered if i was using an ultrabell. but at this time im only using the stock bellhousing. will the top 4 bolts on the rear main cover cause a problem?

I just got done puting my TH400 in with the stock bell on it and I had no issues, it went right in. In fact it was easier than the 60E was because its physically smaller. I did cut the ears off on the sides of the housing though to give me more clearance for the headers.

awesome. yes im barrowing a saw jaw to take the ears off this week. if it wasnt for the wait on my valve body being on back order it would be going in next weekend
