Default 6.0 Build Head & Cam Q's

Planning next build for my jet boat. Currently have carbed 02 ls6. Looking to go 6.0 iron block. I want to go 4" bore & 4' stroke. What cnc head and cam combo would make the most torque? If my 243's are the best way I will cnc them. I would like to stay carbed and reuse my staged up 750 holley, edelbrock victor jr single plane and exhaust loggs.
THX

how many rpm's are you gonna be running mostly? You need to know this so you can find a cam that peaks at that rpm... just an fyi

Well I will be running about 2500-3500 most the time. WOT will be around 5k. I know Im going to need a custom cam. I guess I am really looking for head info. If I have to go with a different head that doesnt have cathedral ports (L92 I think it is) I will.
