Need a SoCal Fbody/LS1 Shop reccommendation
Following up on my emissions/registration thread, I need to get in contact with an experienced f-body shop that can redo my setup to add heads, change cam, exhaust, dyno-tune LS1 F-body's as soon as I get out there. I will be in the Ventura/Camarillo area. Time frame is July 11th and on. I know no shops out there so any help would be of immense help
What/where is a decent shop ?
Who to avoid?
PM me any ideas or anything you don't want posted

An Update. I made it out here the 2nd week of July. 4 days of driving. Ohiio has the most officers patrollong on the interstates. No Tickets as I was following a truck towing a trailer... pissing off many cops who tried everything to nail me, you can see they were calling ahead to set up and try and radar me, to the point it was hillarious
As far as emissions. I will say that I passed emissions for CA and now currently reside in Camarillo, CA I love the twisty narrow canyons. Unfortunately the police use the local airport to train at and this town is full of overzealous new officers, so it is partrolled just as bad as D.C. during a presidential parade .
The hawk is now a DD until I get a used truck as a new dd (any reccomendations?) . Best of all my commute is via back roads to pt. mugu nas and no freeways meaning no bumper-to-bumper traffic.
Once I get a new beater (something i could tow the hawk with to a track and such) I'll have AFR 205's installed then I'll upgrade the tranny and rear. That will take a while to save up the ca$sh but I'll get it done for sure.
Thanks to all of you who steered me the right direction for registration and emissions . The DMV inspection was done at an AAA office and they just do a vin check so that was it Smog took some work but it's done with for the next 2 years.
