Would a failing master cylinder cause the rear pads to wear out faster ? I know it's a weird question, but I think the master is starting to go (pedal slowly goes to the floor if you hold it), and the last time I changed the pads, the rears were worn significantly more than the fronts. I thought this was strange and couldn't figure out why, but thought perhaps it was due to a failing master cylinder ?
