We took Phil's 438" lsx single turbo powered Mustang to MIR real Steet Last night.Ended up running a 4.97 @ 150 in the final round for the win and taking the bounty for a turbo or s/c to win the event.

And for last night....
Density altitude 2150
83 degrees/73% humidity
1st test hit
Car drove right, had to pedal
1.33 60' 5.31 @ 147
1st qualifier - added alittle power
Car drove right again, had to pedal
1.30 60' 5.24 @ 147
2nd qualifier - added alittle power again
Car drove right again - had to pedal
1.28 60' 5.29 @ 147
Eliminations 1st round:
Drew Francis Johnson, ran consistent 4.9s all night, Car went dead straight, treed him on the line and never looked back - needs way more power in the middle
1.30 60' 5.11 @ 148
Semi Finals:
Tough round against Al Marlow that had been running consistent 4.9s all night. We both dropped in, we left together and never saw marlow, apparently marlow spun 30' out.
1.32 60' 5.01 @ 151
Finals:
Was a tough race, lined up, fox was taking his time staging. I rolled in and lit the top bulb as soon as I saw him moving I jumped on the 2 step and dropped in. We left together 1.25 to 1.28 60', I had drove around him by the 330' and out the back. Car still wants more power, it felt like the wheels were 3' in the air 150' out.
1.28 60' 4.97 @ 151
A/F was only in the 9.5-9.6 range down track

I do have to thank my wife Jessica, Shawn Miller(crew chief) and Brian Sanford(crew). Shawn has done a fantastic job getting the Big Stuff 3 dialed in and consulting on the chassis tuneups. Shawn is very conservative on the calls but we get plenty of data going from A to B. Brian and Jessica do a great job helping get the car turned around in the 30 minute window we have between rounds. I love it because all I need to worry about is power management and suspension. Thanks again guys!
