Default hood

I can't find this anywhere on this site...or if I missed the link point me in the right direction.

I want to get a firehawk hood. What would I need to do to put the hood on a stock trans am? And where is the best place to get one of these hoods? if any...

To put one on a base-model Trans Am....
1) Remove base-model hood
2) Install Firehawk Hood

Good luck finding an actual OEM Firehawk hood! Check out VFN Fiberglass for their replicas.

3) If it's an OEM Firehawk hood, you'll need to trim the rear portion of the center piece on the front bumper cover.

The VFN replicas do not require front bumper cover trimming.

Ok thats what I was wondering...I will probably get a vfn replica then so I don't have to trim it.
thanks

Actually I may go with the raptor as I think there may be no trimming.

What about a superhawk hood...does anyone have one of those that they would be willing to sell?
