have problem starting car still converting v6 to ls1. So far the engine, trans and rear is mounted. I have a new under hood relay harness along with a new interior harness. When i turn the key the starter will not engage. I can jump the starter via the relay box under the hood. I can touch terminal 87 with 30 and the car will start, but not with the key. I have efilive and have disabled the vats security. dont know what to do at this point
