Default AFR heads

right now i have an LQ4 with Pats. Perf. stage 2 heads and Procharger-i am building a 403, i was looking at the AFR 215's, or reuse my Pats.
would i gain enough to make it worth the money-i thought about even the
L92's, although some say that the deck is thinner, wether thats been an issue i dont know
mostly a street car

I would go with a minimum of a 225. The bigger 235-240 heads are supposedly right around the corner.

TFS is all I am going to say lol! No I have both and the AFR's are good also, but if I was buying new then I would go with the TFS as I think they are a tad better and you have more options as well as being a little cheaper. I personally would stay away from a factory castings if you are going to push it. If not then they are a decent option for sure and can be had for dirt. GL!

I agree, AFR 25 heads are what I have on my iron block/ProCharger F-1C Camaro, shown here.

the dart 225 flow pretty good as well, have a thick deck and are around 1k cheeper the the abc heads. i would use thm in place of a oe head, for psi
the afr and tfs are top notch but unless the car is all out competition, i dont really think there necessary.imo

i took a look at the Darts and TF's, they dont appear to offer a 72 cc head, only AFR

TFS come in a 72cc the only one that doesn't is there 215's.
