put new rearend in, now its bouncing????
Hey everyone I put a newish rearend in my car today (camaro SS). I traded out the hole housing. Ok but now the car is like almost bouncing going down the road. At first it wasnt to bad but after 5 or 10 minutes it got very noticable. I also put on new rotors and shoes. Please help I've worked my *** off on my car and I really dont know what to do! Thank you for your time.

That's very odd unless you damaged the shocks. If you press down hard on the back end does it come up once or bounce? Try it on both sides.
When you say bouncing - do you mean the ride feels stiffer or the card bounces after bumps etc.?

Ok guys thanks for all the help. I figured out what it was. My dumbass put on some washers to help hold on my new rotors while I canged my calibers, and then forgot to take them off before I put my wheels on! So know she drives like a new one. I just got in a hurry last night wanting to try out my new rearend and forgot to take the washers off. Thanks for all your time.

No major mods yet, I've had her since she was new and I'm trying get everything that needs replaced like tires, new lights, new rearend, new bushings, sparkplugs, I just put D/S rotors on and painted my calibers red. I also put a trans am bezel and white gauges in her. Very soon I plan on putting a fresh LS1,heads and cam in. Then a paint job.
