Change the valve springs to a PAC beehive that will handle up to .600 lift, mill the heads .030, and use a 228/232 .595/.600 112+5 cam profile along with your 90/90 setup and it will rock!

^^^ that sounds like a good way to go
The heads can handle quite a bit though, you can go into the low 240s (exhaust/duration)@ .5 lift and well over .600lift also. As long as you have the springs to match the cam, your good to go. But when going with something that big, flycutting becomes a possibility. Look at the TRex, MS4, and Vindicator cams for instance. Those are about some of the biggest you can go and there is still a chance that you may still have to flycut. The cams that seem to make I think the best power is like what JPH said.
228/232>>>231/239. I have seen the 231/239 cam with a great set of heads break 500whp. Bigger doesn't mean better.

I wouldn't mill them .030", .020" will get you to 62cc chambers and 11:1 with GM .051" MLS gaskets. With a 228/232 on a 107 ICL and heads milled .030" your PTV is going to be less than .060" on the intake side. I would mill them .020" and only run 2-3 degrees of advance on that setup. You can get the PAC 1518 springs for $150 from scoggin dickey and they will handle .650" lift, great great springs.

Good info. I was looking into the torquer v2. A dd car with some track time in the near future. Looking to get into the 11's as a dd. So i have a m6, can i get away with the stock ten bolt with that head/cam combo. Is that cam/head a good combo for 11's and the stock 10 bolt.
Once again thanks.
