NemeSS hit the nail on the head! The 243's are a better head, stock for stock, than what you've got. For more power still, we offer CNC porting and valvejob on the LS6 heads for $650. We can also upgrade them to a "Stage 2" setup with the larger valves while we've got them for an additional $200, as well as install a spring kit of your choice for very competitive prices

Let us know if we can help!

I have a 98 that had the old 806 heads on it. Got ahold of some stock 243 heads, sent them down to Brian Tooley at TEA he did a 61cc chamber and a stage 2 job and WOW, Im very happy. Have a good shop work those 243's for you and you will be very happy.
