Quick question guys. Any one have the torque value's handy for ARP head studs on a ls1?

With ARP lube torque nuts to 70 ft #'s. With 30wt moter oil torque to 85 ft #'s. Follow GM's torque sequence. I will start at 30 ft#'s and go through the sequence then bump it up to 50 ft #'s then a final pass of 70 ft #'s. I will usually go through the sequence twice at the 70 #'s.
