Default TH350 in a Turbo'd LT1. Which Fluid?

I've read "do NOT use Synthetics" and recommendations to use Dextron III ATF but that's always been in the context of the 4L60E's it appears. What fluid should be used in the TH350?
Thanks,
Dave

I honestly dont think it matters as far as the th350 versus the 4l60e as far as fluid.Synthetics are always better because of there thermal breakdown properties. So if the price isnt a concern i would use synthetic.Just my two cents.
