swap to TH350 any HP lose
i just swap to TH 350 with 3900 stall,, is am going to lose any HP from the swap one of my friend went with TH400 and he was telling me that he lost HP on the dyno and didn't gaine anything in the 1/4 ,,
is my car going to be slower

You will lose power on the dyno because the TH350 takes more power to turn than a T56. But, all else being equal, it *should* be quicker at the track, unless you have a gearing issue. (TH350s *usually* need more gear than a T56 or 4L60E due to deeper gear ratios. For example, a T56 with a 2.97 first gear and a rear end ratio of 3.42 will be more efficient [accelerate quicker] than a 2.52 geared TH350 with the same 3.42 rear gear) Add a transbrake and the gains are more. It is also dependent on your power mods and ability to drive the T56.

i swap from A4 with yank3600E to TH350 with custom TC 3900, the car is not on the road yet (waitting for TA from spohn)
am around 400rwhp and i still got the 10bolt with 373 gears
when i get some cash i'll get the 9inch and trans break
