i have 18*9.5 rim

I run 275/49/18 on the back of mine with no problems

Yes I hit the 9 instead of the 0
i did see a guy running 285 but I'm not sure I would go that big

a lot of size dpends on the actual tire, i know nittos arent cut very big and 315s look like 275s. so keep that in mind that the size "275" isnt always the same width.
