Do not go to Lethal Performance.
My friend took his car there so he can get a Vortech supercharger installed. After 2 dyno pulls, we were outside the facility waiting for the guy to tune the car. About 10 feet away, we see the "tuner" is actually playing Spider Solitaire instead of tuning the damn car. This "spider solitaire" **** goes on for about 20 mins then he tells us the car is good to go.
Nelson Performance looks like a decent place. I haven't taken my car there but I went by their place and they had a lot of nice trucks being tuned. Mark from HP salvage told me he recommends Nelson as well.

Lethal is good!!! I keep going back to them. I've tried other shops but it's always something. They have Good mechanics. As far as tunes go I don't trust anyone else either. Don't be a douche and they'll treat you right. (Had pewter Z with Hotcam Now have big red GMC) Need a tune soon. Hook up?

Henderson charged me $1200 for an exhaust that was quoted at $600 over the phone. With his permission I left my old exhaust and headers that I sold to another guy, and it was thrown away as per his shop manager, sold is more like it. The guy went to get it 2 days after I left it!! Lethal has a bad rep for thier tunes (I have never had any work done by them). I would make the drive to houston!!

neslon is good for trucks but they suck at tunning cars. If its an lt1 car take it to henderson he tunes the cars himself and is a great guy lethal hates lt1 and i would never take one to them

all shops have bad days and everyone has a bad experience. i've heard that when lethal does a tune they lock the pcm. i'd call all of the shops and get a quote from each and decide from there.
