Any way to make this happen...?
I bought my first stalled car last weekend and have a question..
When going through parking lots, driving down roads with low speed limits, the car basically idles. However, with LTs and dumped TDs, there is alot of drone/resonance when it does that. Is it possible to keep the trans in gear to keep it from doing that.
In a t56 car, I could just leave the car in 2nd gear and do like 20 mph and when I let off the gas, the car is still in gear. However, in the A4 car, when I let off the car, the trans shifts and the car is basically idling..

In an A4 car when u put it in 2nd it stays in second and won't upshift or downshift unless u manually do it. This is really the only way to solve your problem.

I know the TDs cause alot of the drone, I have had them on multiple cars. But the drone is alot different at 900rpm basically idling compared to 1500 rpm while driving
