Default Line Flush & Leak Question

So I have my trans out... err once again and am going to flush the lines. I have a can of cooler flush just need to know if there is anything else I should do.. hook can up to line.. squirt.. blow out with air? Note: I do not have metal lines, all replaced with rubber trans line.

Also, took my trans back to the shop because it was leaking from the front(front seal or pump seal), and got a call back and said that they could find nothing wrong with the trans. Could this be a converter issue or a temp issue? This is not like leaking small drip, but good flow while running then one big dump after shutting off? About 1/4 to 1/2 quart. I say temp issue because before taking the trans out I noticed that the trans was unusally hot to the touch like cook steak hot. Note: Also have a new converter and temp gauge on the way. Clogged line/cooler?
