Default Steering wheel air bag cover coming off

Has anyone had this happen? Is the only way to fix it to replace the air bag?

Check the screws holding it down and see if they're loose. Should be allen screws (I forget what size).

I recall there are two torx screws going in from the back of the wheel.

When you mess with the screws, GM would advise disabling the air bag system. At a minimum, you'll want to keep your face/head away from the bag and off to the side.
