Best buy sells them. My doberman chewed through my original one. They covered it under the service aggreement (only thing I get service on is laptops, they even cover if I drop it.). They make a universal one.

Don't buy a Dell, sucks ***. I have 3 year warranty with my Dell, customer service sucks *****. Battery life and charge declines rapidly. They try to get you to do all this crap, reboot, change pararmeters, etc. to see if it "resolves" the issue. Anyway, I still have a replacement accidental coverage, so maybe this junk will break accidently before it expires. My next labtop I'm likely to make a jump over to apple.

So don't buy a Dell, they suck *** and suck *****.

That's why I always buy from a retailer. You can just walk in the store and get replacements. As for mac's I have an FX series Gateway, which would cost over 2 grand for the equivelant mac.
