9" help
I just busted out 695 ft lbs on 13 lbs. I blew up a 10 bolt on a 2-3 shift.
so I'm in the market for a 9". I was looking at getting one from epp. then my buddy was telling me about midwest fab 9". I want something that will allow me to leave of a 2step and hopefully cut a sub 1.6 short time.
my budget is about 2800 max.
so I guess I'm looking for input from guys who are actually running one of these. both compaines have great reps...I like the idea of the fab 9 being lighter, on the other hand it looks like the normal 9" from epp has better axles and diff. selction for my price range.
need some input guys, I have a big ford vs gm shot out coming in mid jan. going have to pull the trigger on one of these soon.
thx!

I got my moser 9inch rear from Bob at EPP last year for $2600 shipped to my door. Its got LCA relocation brakets, drain & fill plugs, 35 spline axles, and 3.89 gears with a locker. I couldn't be more happy with it. Its taken every rev limiter launch with out batting an eye. On motor I cut 1.60 60fts and on the bottle high 1.4's low 1.5's. EPP has the best deals on Moser rears. Not to mention it only took 5 buinsess day to show up at my door step.

i would call midwest performance chassis, i have a moser style 9 inch and wish i went with a midwest fab rear, the fab comes with a torque arm and relocation bracket, factory style brake line brackets well worth the little extra money. anyone want a 9 inch houseing so i can buy a mwc haha.

A nine inch with a spool is only $2300.00 shipped!
A Moser M9 fabricated rear complete with the torque arm and crossmember is only $3000.00 shipped with a spool. It weighs the same as the 10 bolt rear. My car cuts 1.29 60 ft times with it. Bob
